oyu are running around to find that missing last npc in a player surge, and you cant find it , to end up seeing it :

Can’t speak for surges (console player)
Had plently of spider inside small rocks (smedge of legs sticking out) or peeps spawning on high ledges who just stare down, lol.

Mounds of the dead:
sometimes, the bigger mounds are empty, but you hear the enemy screaming, roaring and you just like: “hmm…WAT?”
You rush out of the mound and see all of the cimmeriands running around ON TOP OF the mound like poisoned rats…
