Thrall Got Stuck in the Dregs and Died

So I finally had a big issue with my thrall getting stuck since update 2.4 released to testlive. I was in the Dregs and my lvl 13 Dalinsia Snowhunter got stuck half in the stairs and half out of the stairs that lead down to where the 1st skeleton is in the Dregs. After killing the Abyssal Remnant, who is still glitched in my SP game, I left the Dregs via the sewer pipe. I ran around for awhile trying to order Dalinsia to move or stop or return to no avail. Eventually the game gave me the message that Dalinsia Snowhunter had been killed while following me. :sob:

I’m not too upset that I lost her but thought I should report it.

I play SP with no mods.

Are you kidding me??? This is still happening? Patch 2.2 will go down in history as the death of Conan if they can’t fix all the AI and follower bugs they added with 2.2, 2.3… and apparently 2.4?

I would really love to know the inside story about what happened here. Prior to 2.2 the follower AI had some issues, but man, whoever they put on the task starting with 2.2 has just been steadily making things worse and worse.
