Bug Description:
I log off, 10 minutes or so later 2 thralls die to no cause listed. I removed all palisades and sharp objects from ground level where they die, but they still die at random. I am in a 2 player clan with 60-62 thralls deployed. Thralls are of course set to attack all and they don’t like the scorpions outside and try to get through the wall to kill them. Base is in Deserters Gutter. I assume what is happening is; I log off. Thralls teleport to stand on spiked fence foundations which are 2 foundations off the floor level where they are. So if I am there it can’t happen. But I log off and the game starts re-arranging heights maybe? Or my thralls leap up on top of the spiked foundations which they can’t do, but somehow can if I am not there. And then they bleed out on the spikes in about 10 minutes. This is my best guess. This has been going on for a while now. Since the Console version of Siptah update I think.

Steps to Reproduce:
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Step 1 Build a base in ‘deserters gutter’
- Step 2 put spiked fences 2 foundations above ground level against the northern wall
- Step 3 fill ground level with 20 mixed Berserkers and 5-7 Sabertooths set to ‘attack all’
- Step 4 the thralls get aggroed by the scorpions outside the wall and try to reach them, but are blocked by the wall and spiked foundations.
- Step 5 log off and on for 15 minutes and check the log until some are reported as ‘died’ in the log. It is usually (2) at a time.
