Thrall/player character clothing and hair wind animations not working, cardboard life sucks

Wind animations not working on thralls and player characters outside of certain thrall height threshold: when a thrall is taller or shorter than a certain height the wind animations for their hair and clothing do not function at all, giving a stiff cardboard appearance = UGLY.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Wind animations don’t work on hair and clothing of thrall/character, pretty straightforward
  2. This has been reported several times already and still no fix
  3. Cross fingers and hope that the devs fix it…and wait… and wait… and wait…
