Was fighting in the 'Grey One’s area, I eventually died and my Thrall returned home later. Found it outside base and there is a Mountain close by behind base and he was walking about half way straight up. Got it down with the stand and guard feature, placed it and it went back to trying to climb Mtn, again. He was not heading towards the Grey One’s area which is quite a bit away.
Tried this 3 or 4 times, then tried it with follow, still wanted to climb Mtn. Logged out, came back in about 5 mins later, still trying to climb Mtn. Went and got it again, Put it on follow and poof, underground he went (ground has a flotsom floor tile where he was). Thought I’d try leashing him out and ran about 10 mins around/away and a notice a popped up ‘Your Follower has died’.
(note: shortly before all this (about 40 mins earlier), my neighbor had a purge, he is too close to my base so some came to me, the purged NPC’s all died fairly quickly as well as my neighbor lolz.)
This has happened in a few different areas, after fighting, Thrall doesn’t know where he is or where to go, wanders around a bit, then comes running back. But this was a huge one compared.
