Thralls and Animals can not be turned to face certain directions

Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: =SERVER NAME=
Mods: VAM, Fashionist, Age of Calamitous, etc…

Bug Description:
Thralls and animals can not be turned at all

Bug Reproduction:
Try to place a thrall or a horse and it can not be turned to face you, this was tested with and without mods, neither fixes the issue, thralls and animals can not be turned period.
