Thralls Disappear

Please be as descriptive as possible!

Game mode: Online
Problem: Bug
Region: Europe

When you tamed a NPC, sometimes NPC fall off through soil and disappear

Repro steps:

I fight with a NPC in order to slave it with a club
The NPC resistance is broken
The NPC fall off through soil and Disappear

This is easily fixed by running a fair distance away (like out of draw distance) and them coming back. Almost 100% the knocked out npc will be back on the ground where you knocked it out.
