Cant find recent data on whether thralls can be successfully dragged up an elevator? Short distances or long?
Second, can you place a thrall in a wheel. Remove it immediately to your inventory. Then travel to your elevated base and replace into a wheel for conversion?
Second question is only relevant if the answer to the first is no. Im a solo player on official and ive found no info anywhere thats with the last 3 to four years old. Thanks.
Yes you can drag up or across a elevator, short or long. You can not take a thrall out of wheel of pain if you do it dies. Also you can drag a thrall thru a maproom however when you get to the other side it will disappear but its still there just dont let go and put it in your wheel. You can also swim with a drag thrall.
Nope. It warns you of it too. I can’t remember if it locks them in when you start the wheel or when you place them at first tho. But once they’re locked in removing them destroys them.
Interestingly some animals can be removed even after that are partially cooked. Maybe that’s a bug?
Most areas like that you can, yes… I think not all though. Some areas like that will not render the rope or the dragged thrall though - so, after you go through if your character’s hand is to his shoulder then you just have to trust the thrall is still in tow, go to the wheel, and place them in.
If you need to know for sure in some specific case try it with a low level thrall first to see what happens.
