Thralls following you if you exit from a clan?

The new update says that thralls are no longer following you if you are kicked from a clan.
I’m just a member in an inactive clan, not the leader.
If I leave from my clan and I’m not kicked ,will the thrall follow me or not?
I cant test it myself because there is nobody to invite me back in clan, if the thrall is not following me.

Thralls have, to the best of my knowledge, never followed you out of a clan (unless you were the leader anyway)

Thralls won’t follow you if you leave a clan. I think the patch notes refer to a thrall that was already following you, it will now correctly stop following you if you leave your clan.
