On a pvp server, the Thralls just stand neutral. This allows raiders to creep all over your base looking for exploits or weaknesses while your guard thralls look the other way. If they could attack like normal and still be invulnerable, this would cut down on it. During raid times they would then be vulnerable.

I agree, but make thrall vulnerabile and let them capable to defend vs long range bow attacks.
