Yog spear retrieval displays, +1 spear, but is not actually added to inventory
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.throw spear
2.click square on spear
3.check inventory
4.no spear
I can replicate this bug, the spear should just disappear and the +1 i notification is misleading.
