Has anybody actually received a response to their ticket other than the initial auto response?
The lack of attention to the tickets does kinda imply that (a) Funcom handed Conan off to the UE5 peeps; and (b) there’s only one or three techs or supports supporting the ticket system. There’s only Bazaar money to fund things and as they say, ‘I work for money honey, if you want loyalty, buy a dog’.
only one ticket shortly after ue5 was launched., after that no ticket has been replied, and despite some of the issues being “very easy” to fix, i have not seen or heard anything about those issues or fixes.
i am not ready to draw conclusions just jet ad they seem to add hotfixes every week, but i dont see @Dana as engaged as seen in previous weeks, we will see how june works out.
she failed to provide information about server transfers despite her offering to do so in a week time, and no responses to issues on topics such as the map markets gone, surges having wave 2 spwan table broken (no crafters) and other important issues such as : were are we with the ping issue. etc.
and the worst is i reported the bug of wave 2 of surge on siptah during beta…even if this bug is not linked to ue5 version, but comes from previous version
well at least they are aware… lol./
