I don’t really agree with your very brief assessment of PVP vs. PVE-C as it’s a lot more complex.

Aside from that there’s also a culture on PVE-C that frowns down on random PVP combat encounters such as KOS. Most of PVE-C is relegated to hiding within the protection of bases during “combat” hours and agreed upon PVP arena events. Essentially it is PVE without flags.

If you’re an outlier in that you do participate in PVP combat without these social expectations, you’re considered “toxic”. This is exacerbated by the timed combat hours imho.

So I agree with biggcane55, I’d probably play on PVE-C if it was 24/7 as it would change the culture I’ve described.

But not on PVE-C to avoid offlining. That, while I agree is what Funcom allows, is a poor consideration for what PVP raiding and combat truly entails.
