Hello i made an monthly subscription via creditcard. It is still pending although the money is booked. And now i don t have a premium account now. Any suggestions? I made already a ticket. Anyone can help?

Had the same problem. Pending transaction.
Then i tried paypal, and it works much better.
But after the transaction is done and you can see it in your account, you have to be patient. It will take some minutes (maybe 5 - 10) still your sub is activated in the game.
