Still no news about the transfer of my character Hypatie and no response from support.
My friend is also still waiting. I have not heard of anybody that has actually received a reply to their support ticket other than the automated one saying that it was received on their end
What happened?
There were three of us in my clan on server 6423, and only two accounts were transferred to 1009 (not mine, which had the most followers). We had indeed dissolved the clan. Furthermore, the only account that was migrated, along with its follower, can’t retrieve it: it appears several times in the list, but it’s nowhere to be found. Okay, I understand it’s a survival game, but why promise transfers if they don’t work? And why the silence? Not even an email.
Considering I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks with zero response to my ticket or forum post, I’m thinking anyone who got screwed by the forced transfers is going to remain screwed. There is absolutely zero reason for it to take 3+ weeks for a response.
