There are so many official servers that are dead, no community at all and few if any new players, while there are official servers that have very active communities with new players arriving daily. It would be nice to have a way to transfer your stuff off the dead server to an active one. It would be great if it could be a whole base move but I understand that could be a problem and already placed thralls would most likely not be able to make the move either. Maybe we could have a special vault that we can use to transfer items from one server to another so the move to an active server would be easier, it could be done at an expense of like $10 for a week of being able to move items from one official server to another official server, this could even be restricted to just pve servers even so as to not give an unfair advantage to the pvp servers.
Very bad idea, because some big clans can use this to wipe server after server … if they can come with their previous server loot.

Yea but even then griefers would just load up on building supplies and go server to server building wall spam. Only takes one autistic tardre to ruin hundreds of peoples fun. I understand the issue, but don’t think this is the way to address it.
Just man up and start anew like a real member of the Navy would do. Otherwise change your name as you bring dishonor to it.
