Can this be done? I built something on one account but want to xfer the ownership to a different account so I can build a dungeon for my main account to test out.

If you already have two accounts you can do it using the Pippi-mod:
Create a clan with the account you want to use for building. Use Pippi to put your other account in that clan. Now all buildings from that account are also in the new clan.
Leave the clan. Now all buildings are in your admin clan only.
If decay is active you have to visit your buildings with your admin account regularly to avoid decay. With Pippi you can quickly do that using teleports.
Pippi will have a feature to transfer ownership of single buildings eventually, but that is not implemented yet.
