Transfert character

Hi,

I’ve just transfert my character and it works but when I want to upload it in a new server I have the following answer: No permission to transfert to this server (and it’s PVP to another PVP server…)

My character is kind inside the bank of the system but can’t process to…

Any admin can do something?
