Trapped in a hole on the blackhand ship and there is no way out

I was working on getting a lvl blacksmith on the blackhand ship when i suddenly while walking backwards fell into a hole. I am unable to climb out because the gam won’t let me and there is no other exit.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to the blackhand ship
  2. Go to the southern stairs of the eastern side of the ship
  3. Search for a hole in the ground nearby
  4. If you fall in you won’t be able to get out
