They do care about the problem, just because they don’t post about it doesn’t mean they haven’t picked it up - it only came out a few hours ago. You’re always better off making a seperate thread in the bug subforums than asking here, they scan these threads less frequently for bug reports (and again it’s not the right subforum for them!)
Also, could you please stop swearing - If you want to vent, go outside and take a breath or do something else entirely. Swearing is against the Community Guidelines.
If you stay frustrated from one little detail and are so desperately wanting a refund already, I wonder when you will start abusing the refund feature on every game, because issues happen. Please be patient and let the developers handle it. (no offense)
