All NPCs seem to be doing this, but the Twice Drowned are most noticeable. The Fishmen walking around the water with the Aloe leaves stop wandering. During the day when I play they wander fine, but as soon as PvP times turn on, then all npcs including them seem to just stand there, and their aggro range gets greatly reduced.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Go outside Harbor of the Drowned, when pvp is off.
- PvP turns on
- Twice Drowned and other NPCs no longer wander.
- Fighting them sometimes makes them rubberband or teleport.
