I’m having a problem with multiple people, including myself, that play on my PS server and we can’t use twitch drops. I can’t even make a white rabbit pet. I know that Funcom has basically cut 1/3 of its player base off and only focuses on PC users even though we’ve been consistent players for over 8 years. But to almost completely ignore us is not a good business practice.
We (pc players) have been consistently playing since the beta too and I have the same twitch drops problems on pc on the new game version, so… I don’t think they’re focused on pc users tho.
I understand this might not be the very first priority, but wouldn‘t it be possible to get at least a small feedback that someone is working on it or that the issue has been scheduled to look into for a certain point in time? @Dana would it be possible to reach out to the team and get some information for us? As you see the ticket I opened was closed without any feedback or information and if it was not for that I tried to follow up I wouldn‘t even know that my ticket was closed and not further worked on….

Interesting, I could just relink my account, so obviously someone has been silently working on that without telling anyone 
. That said, twitch drops, however, still aren‘t working….
