Two entire buildings have disappeared except for a few floating decorations, And I want it all back

It’s just like I said one of my buildings was in the shattered spring’s, and the other was next to descent of dragon’s. They were massive time consuming build’s. The one at the shattered spring’s kept respawning all the buildings until it didn’t for a while giving us hope, but then it was all gone. Then the other one stayed up the third longest of our builds, then all the buildings pieces disappeared but all the decorations stayed up which was confusing but we had hope it was just loading… It didn’t load we restarted the solo server and then some decorations were gone, we did this until it stopped at just a few decorations. Now we’re here to see if there’s any way possible to get them back because both of these build’s we could never hope to rebuild. This needs to be fixed, so this never happens again. Mini players are unhappy, after you put your heart and soul into a build like this, it just totally shatters you. We loved these builds. And now they’re gone forever seemingly.

Are you playing online server or singleplayer/coop?

Unfortunately I think there is no way to get it back. Official online servers you don’t get any refunds. And it could be that it was admin wiped. You could find a message in the event log like deleted by admin.

If it happens to your singleplayer then the only way to get it back is if you have a backup of your save file. I don’t know how and if its possible on playstation but I heard something about that of you save your gamefiles on the psn cloud. Maybe someone can help more.

In both all cases you should provide us and funcom with some more information like event log. And creating a bug report with the template if it’s not a ban.

Well to give more info on this issue, it was a solo/coop server to build huge buildings/levels for my friends to run through. So we had huge buildings all over the map, and that could be why some things disappeared. But me and my mom roughly a year ago, started this server and took a break for probably 9 months maybe more I don’t fully remember. and the event log doesn’t record that far back. I did see what I could find in the event log and for the decent of dragon’s building it just says things were loosing stability. I don’t know if there’s any way to recover this building and the other but I hope there’s still a chance. I don’t know what other info I could give to you guys, but if there is anything I missed info wise I would love to know.

Welcome to the Forum @CosmicFear77 . When you say solo co-op I assume you where using the your Ps4 as the server. You can turn stability requirements off. Lots of large builds can put a strain on a ps4 because it is doing the job of a actual server. With all the updates that have been installed since you played last something may have interfered with your previous builds. IF you have enough friends to warrant it you could rent a Gportal 10 slot server the price is not bad my wife and I have had a 20 slot since the game came out. 37.90 for a 10 slot for 90 days you can lock it so only friends with password can get on the largest benefit no more tethering. I did end up finding out about the stability requirements, and turned them off but the building was already gone. And thanks for the suggestion about a private server, I didn’t know how much they are, or that you can have a private server.
