Two noob questions

First, I love this game, thanks Funcom. :golfclap:

On a PVP server, if I take a break for a few weeks, I’ll probably log back in to find my building gone and all my stuff, right?
Is there any way to avoid that, or is it just part of the game?

Second question: is there a sufficient in-game trade system, so even if that happens, I can buy new stuff easily instead of having to craft it all again?
