Which got deleted. 5 days ago I purchased premium. After 3 hours it was not credited so I made a ticket #1270461. 5 days later that ticket has not been answered and my premium has not been credited, only my money taken.
During this process I’ve noticed that we have absolutely no staff here whatsoever either. @AndbyB, @Rooibos and @Tamtor are all gone. There is one Community Manager who is left but I am hesitant to tag him because he’s probably the one who deleted my last thread without any hint at resolution at all which I think is quite frankly disgusting. I wasn’t even given a PM about what would happen with my ticket.
It’s one thing to staff an old game with a skeleton crew and another to just outright unstaff it entirely. I’m pretty sure my account now has enough “karma” that I can finally make a thread here. As my previous support one was stuck in a moderation queue but again, we have no moderators.
A soltuion to this situation should be found as there are dozens of other issues getting increasingly recent in the Support forum of people not being credited their premium or items. So there’s a clear internal breakdown of systems that needs fixing.
