# Unable to connect to GPortal Server since update

Since the most recent hot fix update - we’ve been unable to join our server through the game. The line is grayed out, it shows 10/10 people playing, and that the ping 9999. We’ve tried to get in touch with GPortal through support ticket, but no help. We’ve tried a repair, restart, multiple times through the portal.
