Since the Enhanced patch I am unable to change the Nudity Setting. I can select partial or no nudity but it does nothing in-game. When I open the settings again it has defaulted back to full nudity. Hard to stream on Youtube with full nudes walkin around lol.
Likely a bug, not just you.
