Unable to move, sit in, or place NPCs in chair after 260427 update

Following the update on 260427 I am unable to move, sit in or place an NPC in a chair, specifically the Pict Warchief’s Chair. This was working prior to the update.

I can move, sit in and place an NPC in one of these chairs I had an NPC sitting in prior to the mod though. It is only the chairs that were unoccupied that are affected.

Returning the chair to inventory and replacing it fixed the issue.
