Unable to PVP during PVP hours

Describe the bug here: I’m unable to damage players during PVP hours. They can damage me, but no matter what I do, I cannot damage them. I can kill animals and smack around my clan mates (For a few minutes before that stops being possible), but I can damage no one. I first noticed it when someone had completed their dueling pit and I could do no damage. I had them kill me to see if that fixed it, I relogged, I restarted the game, I verified files and I even reinstalled. Nothing has fixed it.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I have no idea, it just started happening one day.
  2. I have a video showcasing the bug, but am unable to post it here, I guess.
