I have seemingly exhausted all options I thought I had in tackling this issue head-on, but despite all my searches & inquiries, it’s been a long week of very little resolve. I hope that this might be the final step to finding a solution, & perhaps one of you will have a clue as to what is happening.
I believe it could have something to do with the email I had originally used in order to create the account being since changed, however, I cannot find anywhere on the account where I can switch it for the one currently in use.
I will be keeping a close tab on this thread to answer any questions going forward, thank you in advance to everyone who comments,
