Unbreakable Fiber Bindings Exploit

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Knock down a thrall
2.Bind him using fiber bindings about to break
3.Drag the thrall and go swimming (not sure if it works the same while being outside water)
4.While swimming, log off from the game
5.Log in
6.Your fiber bindings are unbreakable, you can literally drag the thrall all over the map

Ahh man we have to live with the bad bugs, you should leave nice little bugs like this alone to balance it out a bit lol
