Undeployed thralls in the cloud

Right before server transfers were disabled I hopped from Siptah to Exiled Lands and had with me two undeployed thralls. Now that the server is back online I logged in only to see that these two undeployed thralls do not show up in my Followers list. While I understand that this is due to the transfer function disabled, will I get those thralls back at some point or are they lost forever?
