I have been having alot of issues with players undermashing in ever server I go, I reported the players everytime but no actions would ever be made, does funcom even act on these reports?
P.s: we provided video proof on every report along side with all the information they need
How long ago? There have been lots of reports, there surely is some backlog and there might be some weeks for Funcom to even get to your report.
One report was 3 weeks ago and the other one was 10 days ago
It’s probably just a matter of patience, especially at the moment. I can’t be sure how much of an impact the current situation has had on Funcom directly over the past few months but I think it’s safe to say that more people have had extra time to commit to gaming which in turn will have resulted in more issues to deal with, hang in there
