Is it recommended to uninstall then reinstall the game since the file system will be smaller now?
I would imagine that the patch process via steam will cleanup the old UE4 files once the new version is installed. Shouldn’t have to uninstall at all
Never had to uninstall before. Since you will be able to play both versions, the update files will likely be separate.
I am seriously looking forward to recovering 80gb of HDD space myself.
Yea I believe thats what I’m going to be doing. Plus leaving the older files could possibly cause issues.
