Unknown Player in our PRIVATE SERVER

Hey devs, there is an unknown person who is not part of our clan in our private server. The owner name on her build is Journeys. How do we remove them from our PRIVATE server and how did she get in?

Do you have it password protected if not lock it and on give to your friends it is locked change the password and she can’t get back. Nothing Funcom can do. @TeresaC

Is it possible to black- and whitelist on console? You can do that, if you don’t want to use passwords.

You can ban and white list in game on ps4. I have banned but never white listed.
