There is a section for public discussion of enhanced - it’s pretty much the entire forums right now. Bug reporting for CEE goes to helpshift so that it can be seen more quickly by the devs. (Also LiberOscura is another player, just trying to give you the info, not actually responsible for the decisions.) It’s literally just a change to the bug reporting procedure, probably because Inflexion is now handling the dev side, so reporting only to Funcom would add an extra stage where Dana has to gather up the reports and pass them over to Inflexion. I don’t know if that’s the best solution or not, but it’s just the way it works right now

Watching this video is discouraging. I really enjoy this game, I play it every day, but the current situation cannot be treated as a simple problem to be solved in the medium or long term. Some content is, at this moment, practically unplayable — and that is extremely frustrating. It’s sad to see something I care about reach this point.
Its hard to even teleport to bases. To update decay timers.
