Unstable servers, DDoS attacks, and active cheaters — urgent intervention needed

I am a player from the Brazil region and I am experiencing critical issues with the servers.

Today, around 15:00 (Brazil time / BRT), on Server 1991, there were clear episodes of severe instability, including:

  • Extreme lag

  • Constant rollback

  • Disconnects and desynchronization

  • Instability affecting both official and private servers

During this same period, players reported active cheaters in the chat and shared concrete proof of these activities.

The network behavior at that time was consistent with massive attacks (possibly DDoS), directly impacting gameplay and server stability.

Key concerns:

  • The situation persists after launch

  • The impact occurs during relevant hours (e.g., afternoon peak time in Brazil)

This severely compromises the player experience and overall server reliability.

The game is currently experiencing high engagement, but without clear improvements in:

  • Server stability

  • Protection against attacks

  • Anti-cheat enforcement

there is a real risk of player base decline in the short term.

Just went on a farm run, arrived at base to find all my chest have disappeared. No way to know if it’s a bug of one of the players with VAC bans playing on the server… Gave it a try, won’t come back.
