Update 41 Dedicated Server not showing in Server-List (Ping-Port is open)

Since Update 41 I cant get my dedicated server to show up in the server-list, i have verified that the ping-port (7777 + 1) ist open, that port was open since 2 years, it was used before for an ARK server.
I have no Mods installed.

The Server only uses the windows in-built firewall, there’s no off the box firewall (like OVH has) which could block port 7778

Direct connect works fine but no matter how often i try to restart the server or whatever else I try i can’t get the server to show up.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I have just noticed that the “Sending report” contains a wrong IP:

This occurs with Multi-home enabled and disabled.
Maybe this is preventing my server from showing, but how can i fix that when not with Multi-home?
