Good afternoon, I update my thread contribution. I am playing from Italy. At the moment I can see all the official and non-official servers in the list and there are also the servers on which I created the characters but they are no longer marked as favorites (not a problem). ---

jo, chill bro. we´ve been waiting two days. I think its okay to wait a few more hours. And i want the Fix to work and not be bs again just cause they didn´t take the time they needed ---

I wasn’t talking about the patch/updates/fix at all, at this point. I was talking about the fact no one from FUNCOM team had responded or said 'we’re working on it" on the steam thread… the only news there was about the epic failure Update 41 is, its here and on twitter. NOTHING on steam. people are going mental. 700+ bad comment. I think this is a serious problem. This is just being really bad at communication and community management. (And I know how steam community cn be toxic, but ignoring them is really making things worse) ---

Got character back, but game crashes after 3 min… freeze then black screen, even task manager wasn’t able to close the programm. Also, when i connected through server list, it showed a ‘direct connect’ pop up Also, ping has more than doubled since the update… I had around 20 each days before patch, now it’s 80… ---

On our server lists, there aren´t the “???” shown anymore 🙂 and we could easily connect. Thanks for your hard work guys ---

I’m sorry but I have to correct my answer. I thought it was all solved and instead it is not so. Many appear in the server list with strange characters and followed by question marks in the Ping column. ---

Update still request new char to be made this is still unacceptable. I run a private server if this helps. Are private server off the help list with fixes only effecting the official servers? ---

that is kind of what it seems like I run a private server also and it still just takes me back to the character creation screen is this some kind of ploy to get us all to go to the official servers? ---

Not going to happen. I am almost to the point of asking player bas to wipe and start over it may be quicker and safer than waiting on a fix. ---

Worked out for me, I’ve had acces to my chars on the official servers from the beginning. My only problem was a private moded server, and now I got my char back. So it must be a server issue if yours still not accesed I guess. @granimer1970 @Chriva @KittKatt ---

Okay… We have a modded, private server… maybe the mods are part of the problem but… Only thing the fix changed is. now we have -more- players with freezes… still no one can connect without the direct-ip-thing and it’s hard to believe, this is also caused by some not-so-fast-modders… Sorry, Funcom, but still no story to be proud of… ---

Try to restart steam and game, also remove the mods from steam and download them again.
