Conan Classic – A Self-Imposed Vanilla Experience
We’ve all heard the phrase: “You think you do, but you don’t.”
I’ve been replaying Age of Conan lately, and it got me thinking — what if we recreated a “classic” experience with a guild.
A guild dedicated to playing pure base-game Age of Conan, starting fresh from level 1 and progressing together — as if Khitai and everything after never existed.
This would be entirely self-imposed and community-enforced, but with the right group, I think it could be fun
Core Restrictions:
No expansions (Khitai, etc.)
No adventure packs (Turan, Dragon’s Spine, etc.)
No runes
No store items
No claims (unless clearly base-game — open to discussion)
No AA usage (honor system, some checks)
