Update the server selection-loading

it’s really annoying to load in the game and look for some certain servers with active players but a bunch of random empty ones pop up and i can’t really do anything about it, so here goes:

1. there should be an option to only show private/official servers
2. an option to write in a number of server population (the medium-high keeps on loading forever for me and low shows servers with 0 players in it so it’s useless)
3. there should be an option to not show all the locked servers
4. an option to only show servers with mods
5. add an option to show servers in which you have a character created or some lvls
