Upload packages on network?

It’s just an Idea, but if you have multiple profiles on multiple servers. Could that be what is causing people modems to reboot due to it has to upload alot of data. I was talking to a service tech for my internet and we came up with that idea. He told me if there is a large surg of upload data, it will reboot modems. Let know what you guys think.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.turn on xbox and loaf Conan
2.have multiple profiles on different servers
3.log in to a server
