I was dragging an unconscious Dalinsia home whilst my current Dalinsia Snowhunter was following me. I used a convenient map room belonging to another clan and teleported to the Sinkhole. When I arrived, no Dalinsia. I figured she was just lagging as is common atm. So I dragged the unconscious one home and when I got there I looked for my Dalinsia because she hadn’t caught up. I couldn’t find her on the map and I couldn’t find her in the Follower list so I looked up the event log to find out she had died 
she was wearing top tier armour and carrying legendary weapons so I set off half heartedly to find a body if I could so I could try and retrieve my things but there was no body.
This is the most disappointing bug I’ve had yet. And there have been MANY MANY bugs
