What are these wrists in that Stygian Deathcoil armor (not part of set)? I can’t post images or links as I’m new user, but you find it by searching ‘Stygian Deathcoil culture set by tulx on DeviantArt’ and it’s first search result. Thanks in advance if someone has time to check it out 
They drop at the boss “Dila” in the Main System (level ~50 dungeon in Aquilonia noble district).

There might be more items with that apperance but I don’t know the names of those right now.
