Is there a way on private servers for an admin to see how many build pieces clans have? (without mods)

In the game? No
The database itself does contain all buildings so you can count them using a query.
But since you’re asking about private servers without mods… I’m thinking you might be on console where the only server provider is gportal and doesn’t actually give you access to the database when renting a console server, unlike they do for PC. In which case the answer would be no.
