Violation of rules and bug exploitation. 1213 PVE_K

So, I play on server 1213, this is PVE_K
I have 1,500 hours in Conan and am not a newbie, I played PVP, and decided that it was time to relax and enjoy PVE content, especially now that we have the transition to SIPTs through NPCs,

At one point, my base was attacked by 2 players who came specifically to look for loopholes in the buildings. They were able to get through the doors CLOSED for SLAVES on the lower level of my base, and completely separated my partner, stealing all the loot that she had.
After which they were also able to EXIT this room, because they used a bug through a horse or something similar, I repeat, my doors were closed to slaves and no one could get through.

After which they killed me because they realized that I was watching and recording a video, I appeared on the bed where another player was immediately waiting for me, he killed me more than 30 times in one place, I tried to tell them that I was recording a video and they just laughed, the door to the “bedroom” was also closed, after which the player put all the loot in the HORSE and committed suicide.

Naturally they ran away, I have a video recording, I am attaching it below.

Now, here’s what happened, in my opinion:

  1. Players are deliberately stealing loot from sleeping players, exploiting a bug that allows players to pass through doors or even walls.

  2. Players are deliberately killing me where I spawn.

  3. The server has terrible lag and a 400 ping, so I couldn’t respond to them.

  4. Players said I’m a noob and don’t understand anything about this game, but it’s obvious to me that they violated common sense and exploited a bug. Or is it normal for you to “CLOSE THE DOOR,” but for some reason it’s opened by slaves, and as they claim, they’re exploiting game mechanics?

  5. Why do you need such game mechanics if you can be robbed on any server, since your slaves will always be walking around the base after updates? But I think that’s a lie.

I also want to point out that they found out where the bed was and killed me when I appeared, saying, “OPEN THE DOOR!” But I checked and the door was indeed completely closed to the slaves, so naturally they couldn’t get in or out! And they started transferring the loot to the horse to commit suicide.
They also killed on purpose, mocking me at home, I appear with a ping of 400 and did not pose any threat.
