The Dark Templar armor from the Darketo DLC has a clipping issue where the cloth on your character’s left shoulder clips under the metal should pads when you sprint. It is rather noticeable due to the amount of times the clipping occurs because the character is moving very fast, so the amount of times the shoulder clips into the cloth is very high.
There is no clipping issue when the character is running along at regular speed, or running while holding an item raised in the off hand (such as a torch).
While mounted, there seems to be no problem either.
Only while you sprint, the cloth clips into the shoulder plate. It dips under the metal on the shoulder.
I guess that with more force applied to the cloth physics (friction from the added running speed), it mistakenly dips it under the surface of the model it is supposed to be on top of. It’s a nice stylization, I just wish it would not clip. If you guys could fix that, that would be great.
Thanks!
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Craft the Dark Templar armor at the Armorer station.
2.Wear the armor.
3.For better clarity, dye the red cloth a color such as dark purple.
4.Go out, and hit sprint. (The cloth on the shoulder clips under the armor’s mail).
