Tbh I really like your suggestion and many others, but should we not all be asking for working thralls, working purges, working world AI, etc… before we ask for anything new to be added? Just my opinion.

I prefer my babe unobstructed by default.
Knowing Funcom, they have a bit of an all-or-nothing mindset.
Either your character wears weapons, or she doesn’t. There is no “choose”.
It’s why there aren’t any helmet toggles.
Besides… the Hotbar acts as a weapon holster. You’d look like a porcupine if you have 9 weapons on the hotbar.
Oh it can work that way. Trust me. You look me in the eye and say that if I had built a city that others could live and use the doors and chests in and have their own little house that solo players and new players wouldn’t flock to you?

You have very little faith then. If I can get a community village set up in Rust where it is much easier to farm explosives and have it run and stay alive the entire wipe cycle. I could do it here. Anyone could. Just no one wants too.
No one wants a actual sense of community it seems.

How about the last weapon/tool you used be the one visually? No need to have them all, if you used something, when unsheathed thats what will be shown.
If people still prefers to be clean as it is currently, it just turn off Weapon Unsheathed in options.

In people wanting to be subservient to others? Yes, actually, I have little faith in that. I have a boss in real life, I don’t want one in my video games. I do notice that you’re the king/commander/leader in your little fantasy.
Well if you can get it up and running, good for you. But I really don’t think it’d be the norm. Besides, there’s nothing stopping you from doing this already, so other than sh–tting on those who prefer a different playstyle, I’m not even sure what your point is?
And that, I think, is my point. If your idea of community is to let you be the king and everyone follows your commands, then no.

They are unable to fix most basic bugs or implement an eating animation (like in rust and ark), what makes you think they got the skills to implement your idea? BTW I like your idea but I don’t believe anything funcom anymore since they never answer with a straight answer, it’s always an “if” or a “could” with this guys.
I’m personally moving to World Adrift and Rune Ragnarok (as soon as it’s out).

Seeing how you can carry entire cities and armories on your person, I don’t think any kind of visual representation would work.
