Since I installed the game, I cannot use voice chat, the microphone flag does not appear when I press the key to speak, I do not hear other players speaking by voice chat. I’ve already reinstalled steam and the game, I’ve changed the key to speak, I’ve checked all the game files, I’ve completely formatted the computer and installed the game again and nothing helps. What can I do to solve this problem? My operating system is Windows 7. Remembering that I already tested the microphone and works perfectly in other apps and games.
it could be that the admin turned this option off.

The last major patch broke the in game Voip. There was a hotfix today to address it.
