Voidforge Sword does not regen stamina on server, but does in SP

Bug Description:

The Voidforge Sword is tagged with an effect called Stamina Regen. It does not give a buff icon. In single player, the stamina regen is noticeable (about the same as Gloves of Jhil). But on a private server, the stamina regen does not function at all.

Bug Reproduction:

Go into single player, activate admin. Spawn a Voidforge Sword. Equip and pull out the sword. Sprint with the sword out - notice your stamina ticking up briefly every second as it drains, extending your sprint by a large time. Then, repeat the steps on a private server, and find that the stamina regen does not occur at all.

For your account of this to hold any validity, you need to test it on an ‘official’ server, not some random private server. A private server holds too many variables, such as settings tweaks or even mods. Please do post back after you have tested it on an official server though, I am curious to hear your results.

I won’t have the time to level a character, farm the items, and unlock the recipe on an official server, but I will note that our server uses the default settings for stamina regen, copied from a freshly created single player Barbaric save file. We also have no mods. Perhaps someone who is already established on official will see this and can try it out?
